Michele Holleran, PhD, recently posted her predictions for the future of senior living in an industry trade publication. Michele has a 35-year career working with senior living communities and their leadership in many different capacities, including as a strategic planning consultant and as an executive leadership coach. She is uniquely qualified to be a prognosticator for that segment of society and the businesses attached to it. I’m posting this because I believe her views are worth sharing beyond the circles of those who work in the fields of aging and senior living.
