Office Manager and Customer Service Specialist

Jessica Nunez joined Ageless Innovation in January 2019 as an Office Manager and Customer Service Specialist. She is a key contributor in the planning, organizing, and decision-making of the office’s day-to-day administration. In her customer service role, Jess ensures the company is meeting the needs of its customers, particularly servicing the company’s Joy for All brand.
Overall, Jessica’s work centers around serving others, making an impact, and diversity inclusion. Jessica prides herself on resolving customer inquiries and managing service requests with compassion and integrity. She is a model team player and brings her attention to detail, communication skills, and a positive attitude to every task.
Before joining Ageless Innovation, Jessica was a mortgage loan processor in the finance industry and was constantly recognized for excellent customer service which set her apart from others in the field. She effectively managed systems in place to handle physical and digital documents and updated proprietary systems with accuracy. Her passion for people can be traced back to her experience in marketing and desktop support roles which allowed her to troubleshoot and help solve client problems through knowledge of key process systems.
Jessica is a graduate of Year Up Rhode Island, focusing on its IT and Customer Service tracks. She serves as Chair of the Year Up Rhode Island Alumni Board and as a member of its Board of Directors. Jessica is also an entrepreneur investing in residential properties to continue expanding her portfolio. As a native Rhode Islander and Latina, Jessica also enjoys serving in the Providence area as a part-time dance instructor with experience in Latin and Caribbean styles.
