Andrew Jeas

Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer

Andrew is a maker, leader, innovator, builder, and entrepreneur, passionate about using play as a catalyst to create scalable impact. As co-founder and chief operating officer, Andrew is responsible for the creation, manufacture, and global distribution of the Ageless Innovation product portfolio.

Prior to co-founding Ageless Innovation, Andrew spent the last 15+ years of his career at Hasbro in various roles of increasing responsibility driving the research, invention, ideation, design, development, sourcing, manufacture, testing, marketing, and strategy of countless products and play experiences that make the world a better place for children and their families.

During his career, the power of play has been a catalyst and the common thread connecting each stage. Early on, he was exultant to have the opportunity to shape products from the brands he loved as a child; later, his perspective on what play evolved thanks to his young children. Now he is honored to have the opportunity to help create playful products and experiences that inspire play and fun for older adults and their families.

Andrew holds a Master of Business Administration from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management and a BS in Computer Engineering from WPI.

While the majority of his spare time is spent with his young family, Andrew is a guest lecturer and team mentor at MIT, a mentor at YearUp Providence, a volunteer at the Pawtucket Soup Kitchen, a member of Leadership 100, and involved in mentoring and advising numerous entrepreneurial ventures.
